I. work objectives

implement the national "double points" management policy for passenger cars, adhere to the combination of market leadership and government guidance, give full play to the main body of vehicle enterprises, strengthen departmental linkage, urban linkage and government enterprise linkage, support the promotion and application in the public sector, expand private consumption of new energy vehicles, improve infrastructure, optimize the use environment, and accelerate the promotion and application of new energy vehicles, Promote the high-quality development of new energy automobile industry in our city. In 2020, the city's automobile enterprises will be encouraged to promote the application of 36400 new energy vehicles

II. Key tasks

(I) accelerate the promotion and application of new energy passenger vehicles in the private sector

1. Convenient parking and access. Other vehicles occupying the special parking space for new energy vehicles shall be handled by the public security traffic management department and the urban management and law enforcement department according to law. New energy vehicles enjoy the same traffic convenience as buses if road traffic restriction is implemented under road traffic construction or other conditions.
